Do We Have Your Correct Email Address?
CCPC is in the process of upgrading to a new church management computer system called CONNECT. One of the benefits of the new system is that you will have access through the church's website. Through Connect Online you will be able to update your family's information, view the online church directory, review your giving record, and connect with small groups and ministries to which you belong. Details in worship this Sunday....in the meantime, having your correct email is important to us and will make it easier for you to get "connected".

| Denominational Concerns |
The Session of Central College has begun a time of study relating to concerns which have arisen in our denomination over the last 30 years about some of the most fundamental theological matters: is the Bible God’s unique and authoritative Word to us; who is Jesus and why does he matter; is Jesus the only way to salvation; is human life sacred? Actions taken at the 2010 meeting of the General Assembly (national denominational meeting) and pending for 2012 General Assembly coming up June 30-July 7 make discernment a high priority at this time. The Session last month reflected daily on Scriptures addressing: the Bible’s authority; loving one another; human sexuality; reverence for God; sin; and other select topics. At a Special Meeting in April, your Session formed a Denominational Concerns Task Force made up of sitting elders and others. This team will carefully and prayerfully continue study of the Scriptures, research related actions and directions in our denomination, and explore our options for moving forward faithfully. Please hold this team in your prayers

Central College Christian Counseling |
Current & Upcoming Opportunities
April is Counseling Awareness Month Let’s clear up some misconceptions! Misconception #4: Is it OK to see an intern or just see professional counselors? At CentralCollege Christian Counseling, we take great pride in who we bring into our internship program. We go through an extensive interview process to make sure we are hiring the most competent, educated interns who live their lives according to a Christian world view. Interns are supervisedand they meet with their supervisor on a weekly basis to confidentially review their cases andseek direction or treatment planning assistance. We have a great deal of confidence in ourinterns and would recommend them to all of our clients. Please call us if you have any questionsor if we can be of help: 614-865-0513.
