  • On a beautiful sunny Saturday, June 3, 80 volunteers of all ages gathered at Otterbein's The Point building's parking lot to build all the wall sections for a Habitat house. Sponsored by the Westerville Habitat Partnership, this event welcomed the prospective homeowner and her extended family as a work team along with eager builders of all ages from all over Westerville. Within 4 hours, over 50 wall sections were completed under the leadership of Crossroads Ministry and loaded in a large truck to be stood up on the building site. We in the partnership thank everyone who was involved in this inspiring project. Another Walls Build is already planned for next summer.
