CCPC is blessed with a group of men and women who drive, and drive, and drive for us.  Each Sunday, many of our members rely on our "shuttle drivers" to attend services as well as many other driver needs each year.  We need to add many more drivers to this great volunteer team.  Can you help?  We'll train you and help you get your CDL(Commercial Drivers License)

• Friendly Visitors - 

  We’re looking for some warm hearts, listening ears, and engaging

  conversationalists to visit our homebound members. If you have a minimum of one hour per month to visit others, you are invited to join the CCPC Friendly Visitors program. • NEW - Nursery Need - 
  Calling our earthly angels to our loving nursery so bright / to cuddle our sweet wee ones so their parents may leave their sight / and worship God with peace of mind / that their gift from heaven will be just fine / knowing you are gentle, loving, caring, very special and kind! We need your help in the nursery one service per month.

• Service Project for high school Juniors and Seniors Are you in need of service hours? Please contact Chris Thompson with the Bryden House furniture ministry and we can put you to work. • Sanctuary Helpers & 1x/Month Pantry Help - We are in need of “Sanctuary Helpers” to help about an hour a week four times a year. Refilling the sanctuary pew pockets with envelopes, pew cards and pens helps to meet the needs of worship participants. This can be done on a Thursday - Saturday afternoon (your choice).  We also need volunteers in the food pantry to bag food in the daytime or evening once a month. If these missions interest you, please contact Cynthia Cameron through the church office at 614-882-2347. • Weekly Trip from Chipotle to Food Pantry - A helper is needed to go to the Chipotle Restaurant at Maxtown each Sunday morning at 8:00am to pick up Chipotle’s donations to our food pantry. This person will bag the food and bring it to our food pantry’s freezer on Sunday morning. Please call Paul and Marie through the church office at 614-882-2347.

• Toddlerland 5th Sunday Volunteers - Volunteer needed about three times a year in Toddlerland on the 5th Sunday of the month during the 9:30 Service. • Ushers Needed - If you are interested in serving the Lord one Sunday a month as an usher, please call Norma at the church (882-2347 Ex. 106). We are in need of willing volunteers to serve in this position.

• CCPC & Mid-Ohio Food Bank - The past two years have been breakthrough years at the MidOhio Food Bank! They now serve 23 Ohio counties from their new facility in Grove City. The number of volunteers from CCPC has grown and that commitment to this mission has been important to our own food pantry. The work requires standing for two hours, light lifting, sorting and boxing packaged food items. The food bank organizes the work for us. We depart on the church bus from the Kirk Hall lot at 5:30 and arrive back to the church by 8:30 pm. • Raising Young Disciples - Step into the classroom during the summer months to give our regular teachers a break. Sign up for just one month, ro all three.  Contact Laurie Baker.

• Children's Check-in Volunteers - As our children arrive for Sunday School they check-in at the Welcome Cnter-Kirk desk with their parents, for attendance and security  nametags.  Volunteers are needed for the 10:30-11:10 shift.  Each helper commits to one Sunday a month.  Experience with a computer is required but training on the specific basic program will be provided.  Contact Laurie Baker for details and to Volunteer.

• Nursery Project - Please bring baby items in for Church Women United project.  Most needed items are newborn diapers, receiving blankets, dresses and socks.  For questions, contact Julia Groves though the church office at 614-882-2347.  The donation drop-off area is in the south end of the building by the pop machine, beyond the kitchen.  Please clearly label all items "LAYETTE".

• Volunteer with CCPC Media Ministry - Have you been looking for that just-right opportunity to “plug-in” to the life of CCPC? This may be your answer. Volunteers are needed in the Sunday Morning Media Ministry Teams. Volunteers are on duty every 3rd Sunday morning from 9am-12pm.
