Years ago, I remember hearing a sermon titled; it’s Friday but Sunday is a coming…
Well with the Surgeon General saying that this could be our saddest and toughest week, and with Christians all across the world remembering the sufferings of Christ…I couldn’t help but think about the Sunday that’s coming…the day when Covid-19 will go down in defeat and God will restore and renew us for a better tomorrow.
If you’ve been feeling the weight of this crisis and are looking for something more than just optimistic projections and wishful thinking, then let me invite you to hear a message of Hope. This Sunday, Central College Church at 975 Sunbury Rd in Westerville will be celebrating Easter by hosting 3 separate drive in services; our Sunrise service at 7am, our traditional service at 9:30 and our contemporary service at 11am…
We can still gather together and stay safe by staying in our cars and listening to a special live worship service on our radios.
Easter is Hope for Tomorrow, so let’s look forward to that day together.

7:00, 9:30, and 11:00 am Drive-in Service, live in our Parking Lot!
After much thought and consideration, we have decided to continue our Drive-in service for Easter Sunday. After reading the order
from Ohio Health Director Dr. Amy Acton and conferring with officials, we are comfortable that our decision to continue the Drive-in service is
faithful to both the letter and spirit of the order.
We are taking every precaution to ensure that our congregation stays safe. We ask everyone to stay in their cars, with their windows up, and listen to the service audio over their car radios on 89.5 FM. We will not pass out bulletins, but make print and mobile-friendly versions available on our web site or through the YouVersion Bible App. Ushers will not circulate among the cars to collect the offering as is usually done.
People attending our service can stay safely separated--while we still are able to worship together as a community and part of the family of God.
We also offer online streaming of both our contemporary and traditional worship services, available interactively through our YouTube channel
CCPChurch, and our web site www.ccpc.us, to allow our congregation to worship while staying home.
