Kairos Prison Ministry - Weekend March 15-18 - The next Karios weekend at the North Central Correctional Complex in Marion is coming up March 15-18, and there are many ways you can help!

1. You can bake cookies (Every resident and staff member receives two dozen chocolate chip cookies. This takes 96,000 cookies!) Get Cookie Instructions and drop-off deadline HERE.
2. Encourage your little one to draw “Jesus Loves You” placemats,
3. Sign up online for the prayer vigil HERE —it means a lot to the residents to know that people are praying for them throughout the weekend,
4. Sponsor a resident’s meal ticket for $5--your first name and city are on the ticket, so they know someone cares!
5. Donate in any amount—it takes over $8,000 to buy the food for the weekend, all of which is funded through donations. 6. Or finally, you can attend the closing ceremony on March 18. The testimonies of how Jesus has moved into these men’s lives will bring a tear to your eye!

For more information, contact Larry Miller, Brian Treaster, Hale Whipkey, Bernie Leddy, or Walt Morrow.

Our mission in the Kairos Prison Ministry is to share the transforming love and forgiveness of Jesus Christ; to impact the hearts and lives of incarcerated men, as well as their families, to become loving and productive citizens of their communities
. It is amazing what a little love, caring, and a few cookies can do as God works through His volunteers.
